The upshot observed in this paper is the skill of reinforcement. I energize a three year old nephew who I babysit three days a week. He is as the point immediately where we are leavening to potty-train him but it has proven to be a lot harder to do than any of us expected.
After cultivation about(predicate) how to effectively top reinforcement, I decided to give it a try with my nephew Brady. The next day I babysat I immediately tried the Reinforcement technique.
Dialogue:
I make sure that Brady told me exactly when he had to employment the bathroom. So when he let me know, I took him straight to the bathroom but didnt cheering him at all yet beca uptake the action wasnt done yet. this instant after he used the bathroom I praised him and told him how rarified I was of him and how much of a grown up he was.
He was so proud that I was praising him so much that I didnt have to tell him to go use the toilet at all for the rest of the day and I kept praising him immediately after every fourth dimension he did.
I would say that everything went well in the use of this skill because I did exactly what we were taught to do from the book and it really worked. If I had to pick something that I could have done kick downstairs I would say that it would be teaching his parents the technique as well as so he could keep feeling good about what he was doing.
