I was a victim of sexual harassment with so little knowledge I did not took the right move to report this person because of fear of losing my job. It was my first job I barely turn eighteen. Starting my job I was accustomed a manual that I never read. Our trainers never took their time to read the manual or even mention procedures in case of sexual harassment. I was assigned a executive program who had a brother working as a node agent like me. During that time I was the only hotshot person in my department. So, there were incessantly men fork out to talk to me. However, it was my supervisors brother who took the interest in me. He constantly let me know about my carnal attributes that I feel uncomfortable and let him know about. eternally making invitations to go out however he was thirty and I was not interested. My supervisor notices the attention, and she give tell me constantly how she was jealous, and she will do anything who tried to talk in a personal way to her brother. He will try pathetic me many clock and whenever trying to speak to my supervisor I was threat of nailting dismissed.





This person had so much role over me because he knew very well the system we used. He was the person in charge to help us. It was many times I try avoiding him however he will try to touch me or tell me uncomfortable comments. That was not sea captain or even acceptable. However, my supervisor made it very expel she will fire me if her brother tries to talk to me until she got her way and fired me.
Employees should be informed in their jobs what actions are included in sexual harassment. Employees if reporting to experience or see it they will not be punish.
