Nowdays, side of meat has become an  internationalistic language. English has been determinationd by many countries in the terra firma and in many aspecsts, such as economics, politics, health, technology, and education. English is overly used in international events, such as seminar, worldly concern discussion, conference, and treaty. Although English is commonly used in the world, however, in particular in Indonesia , English is still used rarely in society. For example, English is only used in the school while English subject is being learned, moreover, English is never used in family and society. As a result, the learning English in Indonesia , especially in the school faces some chores. The problems that hamper the learning English in the school are the English probe is more emphasized to grammar than conversation, the English teachersrarely speak English in the class, and the learned vocabularies are less useful in daily conversation.
The radical problem that hampers the learning English in the school is the English study is more emphasized to grammar than conversation. First of all, the grammars, such as to be, tenses, part of speech, and article have been tought since the students for the first time study English (in Junior high school School).



Although the grammars have been tought, yet, there is something that is forgotten by the teachers are the students have been rarely tought how to use the grammars in a conversation. As a result, the students plunder not use the grammars in the conversation. For example, many new graduated students from Senior High School  washbowl not speak English well, yet, they can fill the blank part in a condemnation and there are many student candidates of English division can not pass theindependent entrance examination because although they can answer all of written questions, yet, they can not answer some questions in an interview examination well.
